    Item never arrived, nor even shipped. Seller took multiple messages to get a reply. Would keep saying he would ship out in the following days, only to ignore my messages further. I would send in a cancel request, and the seller would deny the cancel request. In the end, had to get eBay involved to get a refund and cancel the order after wasting a bunch of time on an order that was time sensitive on my end. I seldom leave a negative review, but didn't appreciate how this transaction went at all.

    First of all the item works as advertised and that's probably as much as I should expect from a 100 dollar video card. But there were a couple things that make me doubt this was an 'open box' item, the card did not come in a box at all, instead it came on a plastig bag with some bubble wrap, as you can imagine the I/O shield was bent and scuffed. Again the card works but it's probably a cleaned used item.
