They claim to ship within 2days, so I wrote to them on the 4th day asking when the item would ship, and I received no reply. After another three days, they canceled the order (and refunded me.) This was the reason provided to eBay: "I'm out of stock or the item is damaged." I think sellers should only list items that are ready for sale and are "in stock," and should be accountable when they don't.
