The seller refuses to provide a return label. I won't purchase because the battery is classified as hazardous material & also requires a discourse import form. eBay has not been helpful either; they extended another deadline before processing my refund, which has been nearly a month. Additionally, I also lost $40 a month pre-paid phone card.
