I clearly stated that the talking mechanism didn't work, also that the plush was a bit dirty. Everything was clearly written in the description of the item. I contacted the buyer and the buyer admitted that they made a mistake by not reading the description and agreed to revised this feedback, I'm currently waiting on the buyer's response. I offered a return and refund to to the buyer if they feel unsatisfied with the product.
