Hi, You were charged 3 times because you bought 3 cards on separate invoices. Had you requested an invoice from your basket, I would have been able to alter the P&P charge to the cost of one; with each separate invoice, I incur a charge. Even given your three purchases, I would normally refund a portion of the P&P charges, but in this case, I have slipped up and not seen the repetition; for this I apologise. I am happy to issue a refund if you can see your way to revising your feedback.
