RV Jaridiniere arrived beautifully! Sadly, the pedestal arrived broken and irreparable. A refund was issued satisfactorily. Recommend switching to double-walled boxes, adding Styrofoam to inside walls of box and using the thicker bubble wrap for future heavy pottery shipments, because unfortunately, UPS and other shipping companies will only cover for their carelessness in dropping and rough handling if there is obvious exterior evidence on their part. Super grateful for seller's service!
