The shipment has arrived without any problem less than a week however when I cut the certificate to see the banknote with naked eye I didn’t understand how it has 66PQ because it looks like it repaired or something like that since the banknote does not have any embossing or lost its brightness and there is a little water stain which can be seen obviously when you hold it to the light.
