The case of Lithonia wafer lights was new, but several of the baffles/rims were slightly bent. They were still functional and useable, but I had to bend them back into the right shape so they would sit flush on my ceiling. I never had this issue with two dozen other Lithonia wafers purchased elsewhere over the years.
