The frame was plastic with clear plastic over art....plastic cover was cracked half way up. The frame description by seller should have been noted.

I am sorry you are disappointed with my description specifically not saying it was a plastic frame. There was no damage when I packaged and shipped. Please provide photos of the box and item - as I can file a claim for damages with USPS. Refund process cannot be initiated until I have pictures please. I want my customers to have a good experience and I want to make this right. Please consider changing your review from negative until this can be resolved.
