I informed the seller the item never arrived and their response was im in utah do you expect me to call your post office for you.

According to the Tracking Information, the item was delivered to the front door. The customer says it is not there. I asked them to contact the local Post Office and see what info they may have. The customer told me that asking that is terrible customer service. I asked what they would like me to do and they gave no response and left negative feedback. They must be having a bad day.
