Sometimes, you encounter an over-entitled buyer who can't think straight. They don't understand that shipping costs money and that getting an item safely and on time is what matters. When you point this out, they complain it could have arrived earlier, despite not wanting to pay for expedited service. Dealing with them is frustrating and time-consuming. I had three buyers on my block list until yesterday... now it's four.
