Thanks. I ordered this because the older design wasn't effective. The tray that springs was too small and the mouse just took off the food. I made a my own trap using it. Putting card around the edge hiding it. I then put card on top of the tray hoping the mouse would walk over it. I saw the mouse on my window sill. I moved the curtain to find it and it jumped out onto the trap. A psychic suicidal mouse or good luck for me. This one seems to trigger by the mouse pulling it out of the cage.
