It was infuriating and an absolute pain to remove and clean from the glue residue. I'm not sure if this utter act of stupidity came from lack of knowledge or intentionally placing it there to possibly force the buyer to damage the CPU further themselves so that the seller doesn't have to claim responsibility for a damaged product. Whatever it was, this seller is awful and possibly a scam artist.
