Good morning I recieved my order and I have only just got back at the weekend to have a look at what I purchased. Its a beautiful ornament but the only problem I have now is that I have paid all that money out for this ornament and its broken all at the bottom. I contacted the ebay seller, who responded back to my message to inform me they will sort it when she gets back as there away at the moment. Poor communication, item was damaged, long wait on delivery and they didn't write 'fragile' on.

Thanks for the feedback. In replyThe Item posted the day you paid, 26th by Royal Mail 2nd class, stated on listing. You did inform me of a delay in payment which I was happy with in my immediate response.When you informed me of the breakage I replied the same day saying I’ll sort when back as I was away, which I have now done. I’ve always believed the item to be solid as it was quite heavy and so didn’t need to have fragile stickers added. All my other feedback has been positive with good comm
