Unfortunately it had come to our attention that this buyer was dishonest and abused the eBay system in an attempt to force a refund but still keep the item. We did our best to offer excellent customer service but no amount of service is adequate when the buyers intent is fraud. See the similar feedback buyer has left for 8 other sellers recently.
