Received a offer for the back accepted and paid straight away 4 days later got a message from seller telling me that I myself have to cancel this order then he would refund me I didn’t want to cancel it I wanted the item anyway several days later I opened a case to get a refund sorry but you should have refunded me rather then me having to open a case you knew I wasn’t going to get the item you don’t keep customers waiting especially if you don’t send items and had no intention of sending me it
