Big tear in the arm unfortunately

This is horrid. It was so cute a bear. I offered the refund, inspected this bear before sending, and have the pics to show no big rip the under arm. The rip was not documented to me, just shared. Yet, here we are. No return, just a comment, and no chance to fix it.
