When I've disassemble the MacBook I've noticed that it was a bit dusty, as if no one was able to disassemble it. I've went even further and realized that the thermal paste was dry. Overall, it was a great experience, since this is the first MacBook I've ever had, but also the first one I've ever disassemble. Despite all of that, It is working properly.

The item arrived in a secure, well-padded box (that bubble wrap was thick!) and the Chromebook itself is in mint condition. Every part is absolutely pristine. The minor scuffs on the charging port are the only thing I could find. Highly recommend this seller!
