I have contacted the seller who replied this is an entry level computer. The verbage certainly does not suggest this. It is incredibly slow. I had a computer tech analyze this machine and they also told me it is a very minimal entry level computer. It is barely useable.

There was the original box with the computer in it placed inside of another box, which is the right way. However, there wasn't enough packing around the inside box against the outside box, luckily the damage to the outside box did not prove to be fatal to the inside box. My suggestion is to use more packaging inside the box where the computer box is put in .
