The seller described the light fixture he was selling as being made of hand-spun brass plates with mixed rust patina applied onto them, when actually it was made with cheap painted steal. I tried to work things out contacting him directly several times, but he only responded once with a zero sum statement message. After Ebay got involved the seller offered a partial refund, but then didn't issue the refund we agreed to. Ebay had to give me the refund. This seller should not be allowed on Ebay.
