Mag sein das was bei DHL im Versand schief gegangen ist, aber jetzt hänge ich im Kundenservice und bei den Retouren fest. Für einen einfachen Retourenschein warte ich den ganzen Tag und warte immer noch. Geht jetzt noch ein Tag ins Land, ohne das was passiert. Der Kundenservice ist echt schnell. Auf diese Nachricht hier kommt sicherlich ein Text ' Der Kundenservice gibt sein bestes, viele Aufträge es kann zu Verzögerung kommen'. Die Ausreden kennt man ja. Nicht zufriedenstellend bis jetzt.
