Seller had fast shipping. Quality of the flower girl dress was good, however, each row of the rule should have 2 layers of rule per row. It was clear that each row had a layer of tule cut from it leaving only 1 row of tule for each row instead of 2 rows- making it appear much thinner and less poofy for the flower girl dress. This should have been written in the description as the cost of this flower girl dress used was already severely overpriced.
