When I ordered the first of two color products, you didn't have this one on your list as available. I ordered from another vendor and 10 days later their order had not arrived. They only cancelled when I complained about the delay, so they didn't have the product in inventory. I went back to you and found the 2nd color available. It arrived as described and I was able to finally get my hair back to 'normal'...lol Thanks so much for the follow-through.
