    Shipper sent this item as certified mail, which I was not aware of so it was a huge pain since I am still at work when deliveries show up and they would not leave it with out a signature. Had to find time to go to the post office to pick it up...just to find out postage is due even though I paid shipping costs on the order...so I had to pay the additional postage before they would give me the package. So paid shipping twice on this order...
