The outer box was beat up pretty badly from shipping, but the inner box was still in great shape & the battery was well packed with heavy foam supports. It comes charged to about 30-35% from the factory, so I charged it to about 85% initially, knowing that it would be in storage for another 30+ days. After exactly a month, the battery only lost .08 AH of capacity. This is outstanding, considering the BMS board is slightly active w/ BT.
