Buyer Beware, total nightmare trying to work with seller. Bought health & beauty item listed as “new”when I received the seal was broken on box. I questioned seller about authenticity . Seller admitted breaking seal saying had to look at it so they could make sure it was authentic. I requested a return and was refunded, but took 9 days to get return label! Seller INEXPERIENCED,RUDE,DISRESPECTFUL, never accepted responsibility for THEIR mistake! Master of Deflection! Said eBay rules outdated.
