I would have preferred that you would have messaged me before leaving bad feedback. There is a variety of troubleshooting options that I could have went through with you. Ultimately, however we believe in good customer service and would have gladly returned the item. Please consider revising your feedback as I am willing to help troubleshoot or return the item
