The seller had to get an experience person to turn it on. It seemed to be a very LOW price, but it was WORKING and the SELLER has a GREAT REPUTATION and HONEST. It was a local pick up, seller was HELPFUL with my arrangements of a freight company delivering it to AZ. I was able to plug it in to a 110V outlet and TURN IT ON and WORKED just GREAT, NOTHING WRONG, PERFECT. The unit worked.
