This is the first time we have ever received negative feedback regarding the authenticity of our products. The buyer was provided with a free return label. All of our listings have a free 30 day return policy. However, the buyer does not want to return the item. They said “Not returning the item due to eBay policy.” There is no eBay policy stating that glasses cannot be returned. If they are not satisfied with their purchase, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund.
