A bit of feedback for other potential buyers: this PSU and other similar listings seem to be rebuilt/refurbished Antec power supplies, with some - or even mostly - new components. The unit I got delivers voltages in the expected 5% tolerance range under load (e.g. 5.15V on the 5V and 12.16V on the 12V rail.) Overall this can be a more reliable option for use with a vintage computer or other equipments requiring an AT power supply.
