unfortunately, USPS doesn't always get glass to its destination despite best efforts. Which is why USPS paid out the insurance claim for this item - thanks to your pictures by the way - so thank you. We did all we could, unfortunately uncontrollable accidents happen. You received a full refund, so why natural feedback? I understand being frustrated, not receiving the item you hoped for, but it was not due to any failure on our part.
