Sold clearly defective Tac-2 joystick as "Tested and fully functional. " The stick was broken loose in the case and rattled around, which could be observed by just picking up the controller. (no need to even plug it in to a C64/Amiga to see).
When contacted about the defect, shrugged it off as "I have 2 of these and both were working in same way so dont know.. I tested It Before to delivery."
Opening it up, the defect is due to a gasket having dried up and shrunk, could not due to shipping.
