item was very poorly packaged and resulted in a shattered screen. Packed in original box that was completely falling apart. Shipping containter was only a heat-sealed plastic wrapping around the worthless original packaging. Replacement process was to pay for return shipping, wait until receipt and then wait even more for replacement item to be shipped. I filed a report with ebay rather than wait for seller ... that got their attention and they sent a shipping return label.
