The seller was very polite, quite to respond to any emails, and used DHL express as free shipping. The Joying headunit functioned and worked as describe. The only issues were... 1. The paint color is slightly off 2. Had to cut a plastic tab to get the HVAC knobs to seat properly 3. Had to shave plastic to enlarge the hole for the hazard switch 4. The vent register does not fully seat in place 5. One of the screw post for the vent register is too short
