It was missing a piece, but I contacted the seller and they responded within 30 minutes and will be sending us a replacement. Overall, they have great customer service and product matches description. Definitely worth the buy and I do recommend buying from this seller. I will come back and add a picture once the build is completed.

I was able to correct it with no problem. I really like the scooter! The Seller offered a % off refund to keep it and I accepted.Thanks!
