Unfortunately it seems the post office opened it, smashing one piece of glass (they removed some), partly obscuring the address when they taped it up! I advised Brighter-Homes. They responded within the hour and had replacement glass sent the same day. I haven't put it together yet, but it's going to be exactly as ordered, all glass and metal (no plastic).
