Seller blamed eBay for the high return shipping, eBay blamed the seller. Both said to contact the other for a more complete refund. I’m disputing through the credit card company.

Item appears to be as described but it was just placed loose inside a cardboard box. Considering the control unit is an electronic item you'd think it would be packaged securely not just left loose inside a box that is several times the items size.
