Paid for expedited shipping by courier but seller sent by normal mail and our post office does not work as well as I do not live in an area serviced by post, so not possible to deliver. Seller only wants to refund shipping costs. Not acceptable as I have now lost the job of the repair as it has taken so long and I will never receive the part.
