The cost of return was more than I'd have gotten for a refund, so I basically gave up, but he gave me a 20$ anyways. Didn't even ask. Obviously shipping out of the country sucks, but this merchant is ok.

However, the item (a keyboard for Dell G16 Laptop) was not ultimately useful to the general consumer. That s because the keyboard in this laptop is secured with molded plastic anchors. The keyboard cannot be removed without irreversibly breaking the anchors. Shame on me for not doing my research, and shame on Dell for such a flawed design. But I wish the seller were more forthcoming as well.
