They don’t work at all and appear to be locked or tied to a deactivated or “dead” account. The seller didn’t bother to confirm the condition of the items or provide any warning that they’d be unusable. The sensors do work because I knew the former owner of the sensors and he showed me the sensors working, that person passed away and I bought the sensors from the deceased's wife after his passing. I explicitly stated this crucial detail in the listing and mentioned that the person who buys may have to contact Sensibo to get them configured. I was trying to help this buyer but they rejected my help and demanded a refund and the buyer refuses to cooperate to resolve.
