    Looks like it was a return that had been installed. The tubes were dirty inside, the o-rings were not the proper size, the coils looked like it had been dropped on a corner as some fins were bent in and it wasn't square and the packaging was a redo with an extra layer. It did not leak under pressure and installed just fine. I was nervous but it works good.
