Thank you for the refund however I do not need you admonishing me. I did follow the instructions you sent to me and furthermore in your instructions you should have mentioned that you did not recommend sending two batteries in one package. Even though you claim to have done so. Poor customer service, product claims that your batteries work in a 2017 Husqvarna 450x and they do not, then no help to figure out how to fix the situation. I will be happy to not do business with you in the future.
