All items and screw kit from Logitech still in the box. Had a hiccup with shipping taking over a week to ship out but I believe it might have been a UPS problem. I reached out to seller and they responded very quickly. I would buy from this seller again.

However, tracking by USPS was subpar using third-party curriers to pickup and transport items without updating tracking. I contacted seller and received an immediate response. Item did show up on time and in great condition. Did not recieve an update in USPS tracking until morning item was delivered. It went straight from Pre-shipment to Out for delivery with nothing in between. Seller was great! What can be improved? Shipping time. I ordered on Wednesday. Label was created on Friday. It didn't ship until Monday. That's 5 days from order to ship. It took Fedex a full week to deliver. This made it almost a 2 weeks delivery. Seller can shorten this by shipping item in 24 to 48 hours after placing an order. Just my suggestion ... You sonder why Amazon is popular.
