Ordered a Servo Motor, bench tested before installation, was faulty and did not operate. We are a repair facility with over 45 yrs of experience. On our seller's page, it clearly states that we do not accept returns and/or issue any refunds. If a customer would like to have the ability to possibly return and/or get refunded, the customer should only order from sellers who offer returns/refunds. I do hate that one of our customers is having this experience.
