Had one question for Seller about proper fitment for my 2022 Bobber, which was responded quickly. Received item in two weeks and nicely packaged. The leather is thick, but does not have that real genuine, leather smell, almost smells fake, which I think is due to the dyes. My biggest concern is the quality of buckles and hope that they hold up, time will tell. Also, it would’ve been nice if the protective felt undercovering was attached… Fitment and overall appearance on the bike are very good.

Is there any way to test if it is genuine cow leather?
Use a lighter to touch on the leather because if it's genuine leather, it won't catch fire. There will be only stains. or if the light is on, it will be extinguished by itself but does not cause any burns to the cowhide. As for artificial leather, when exposed to fire, it will immediately shrink. Because the surface of the leather is coated with plastic.
And the buckle hardware have heavy duty ,we don't worry for that
