I purchased the item on July 11th and the seller created a tracking number right away. But when I checked the tracking on July 21st the item still hadn’t shipped. When I contacted the seller asking if they had actually shipped it, they never responded but the tracking did show a shipment the next day. An explanation or apology for the delay would have been nice.
