I tried to reach out about it but he insisted he doesn’t offer partial refunds. Buyer claims that the card had scratches but the pitcures that were sent showed that the sleeve was scratched, but not the card itself. Buyer wanted a partial refund because the card wasn't worth much, but the card itself is worth $50 plus. He threatened me with a negative review if I did give him a partial refund, I only offer full refunds with the return of the item.
