    Very disappointed ordered the above clock sent me something completely different, comms were not the best I requested a return label an requested once they had the wrong clock back they would send me the correct one out, at no point did I say I wanted a refund ....of course they refunded me and after asking why when all I wanted was what I ordered sending to me no response whatsoever...bit of a shoddy way to treat customers...

    Vendor sent wrong item. Vendor failed to respond to my message about sending wrong item. That about sums up my experience with this Vendor. I can’t claim they were unhelpful as they never replied to my message, they just ignored it.
