      Typical bureaucratic mess. I presume they either didn't have the item in stock or couldn't ship it to my country. The customer service was stalling, first unable to "verify" my address, then assuring me that the item will arrive in time regardless of it not having been shipped two weeks after the order was placed. They only refunded me when I contacted them again past the estimated delivery date (eligible for buyer protection) and even then it took them 3 days to process.
