After waiting for 2 week for the product to arrive, The technician installed the new mother board it didn't work at all. I have been using camping coolers to keep my food cold, and was expecting to solve the problem with the new board. Now I have to wait again for the product to be replaced. I am not a usual consumer of ebay and this experience is not changing my mind. I hope this is not going to take another two weeks for the replacement to arrive.
